After owning nearly every mouse they wanted, the XE Wireless is their endgame.
“After owning damn near every mouse I could want, I think this one is it boys.”
With 20x10cm hands and a palm/relaxed claw grip, after three 5-hour nights of Tarkov and CoD on the XE Wireless (their first Vaxee), they were struck by its exceptional build quality, phenomenal spammable clicks and side buttons, and a superb coating.
“I have been playing 5 hours a night for last 3 nights I've had Vaxee XE wireless.”
A day into the XE Wireless, they call it stupendously high quality in every way and love the shape; the weight takes some getting used to coming from sub-50g mice but doesn't affect their aim.
“I just got mine yesterday and I whole heartedly agree to all of the points you made.”
Playing CS:GO on the XE Wireless, the stock feet felt heavy and took about two weeks to break in; with Corepad feet micro-adjusting is much better. For their small-handed palm grip it feels far better than the Viper V2 Pro.
“In any case for me the XE is way better than the V2 in terms of feeling since I palm grip (small hands).”
Their XE Wireless lasted only 4 days per charge in high-speed mode on the launch firmware. The shape is big and safe, the 76g weight is a non-issue and the main buttons are near perfect, but the coating gets sticky and the glossy side buttons bothered them.
“Writing this after a 100% charge of battery has run out, lasted for only 4 days”
After 30 mice and always returning to the GPX, the XE Wireless is one of the only real competitors: they love everything about it, weight included.
“after 30 mice while always going back to GPX, this is one of the only competitors!”
Has none of the issues others describe with the XE Wireless; their only gripes are a scroll wheel less smooth than their other ambi mice and skates too slow on a Gigantus v2.
“TBH, I have none of the issues that you have.”
Love the XE Wireless: their aim felt buffed within the first hour, and they rate it top tier.
“Feel like my aim was already buffed within first hour of using it.”
Their first-batch XE Wireless feels high quality overall, but its scroll wheel started grinding after a month. They'd still recommend it.
“I did get mine out of the first batch and after a month my scroll wheel started grinding”
Just got the XE Wireless: some of the best performance they've used, no creaking, a coating on par with or better than the GPX. It's heavier than their other mice and the clicks are insanely light, which takes adjusting after heavy-clicking mice.
“Coating is amazing, on par if not better than gpx”
The XE Wireless isn't actually heavy in use: they switch between it and a Lamzu mini and set some recent aim-training high scores with the XE.
“I can flip flop between the XE Wireless and Lamzu Mini. Some of my recent high scores in aim training are with the XE Wireless.”
Just got the XE Wireless: a little heavier than they're used to, but a perfect shape for them with no issues.
“Just got mine as well and have similar thoughts.”
Their XE Wireless arrived with perfect QC and is their main: clicks tied for the best they've tried and the best wireless implementation they've used short of 4K. Best mouse they've used for slow tac shooters like Valorant and CS.
“Mines came with perfect qc. This is currently my main”
Their XE Wireless arrived with a loose, grinding side button and a faulty dongle that connected intermittently. Support replaced the dongle but called the button normal, and return shipping to Canada wasn't covered.
“My XE W came with a bottom side button (M4) that felt loose and grinded against the shell of the mouse when pressed.”
The XE Wireless still has very good build quality but falls short of older Vaxee mice: creaky, wobbly buttons, a shell that creaks when squeezed, and a right click that actuates if tapped against the pad.
“the buttons are creaky/wobbly and I can make the mouse creak if I squeeze it”
The XE Wireless fixes Vaxee's earlier issues like thick cables and poor scroll wheels; the only downside is buttons so light they slam-click at 2ms debounce, so they use 3ms or more.
“XE wireless fix all the issues Vaxee has before.”
Of their four Vaxee mice, only the XE Wireless has a minor flaw: the right click is very slightly looser than the left. Otherwise it is perfect, and support is great.
“I have 4 Vaxee mice, and only the XE wireless has a minor imperfection”
Their XE Wireless has the best QC of any mouse they've owned, unlike their Katana Superlight (spinout) and Pulsar X2 (battery/firmware issues). Highly recommended for claw grip.
“I have the wireless version and it's the mouse with best QC i ever had.”
They love the XE Wireless and are probably most consistently accurate with it, but their pinky sometimes drags, the clicks are lighter than they'd like even with stiff switches, and it gets fatiguing in long aim-training sessions versus 60g mice.
“Love the XE, but sometimes my pinky drags on the pad more than I want”
Since January, their XE Wireless's battery life hasn't come close to the advertised ~90 hours, even with high-speed mode off, and it lasts less than their older G Pro Wireless.
“i've had my xe wireless since late january this year, but i've noticed the issue probably within a month.”
A few days into the XE Wireless everything feels great, but battery life seems much shorter than their G Pro X Superlight; the indicator may be misreading.
“Just got the XE wireless a few days ago. Everything feels great so far but”
A Fortnite player coming from a Superlight and several ultralight mice found the XE Wireless instantly felt dialed in. It would be perfect 10-15g lighter, and the clicks are extremely light.
“Whatever they are doing that necessitates this thing be like 80g it seems to be working.”
Traded their Viper V3 for a new XE Wireless and really love it, except for the mushy, creaky scroll wheel.
“Now I got it and really love it except for the mushy and creaky scroll wheel”
