Their Basilisk V3 Pro 35K's scroll wheel failed in under six months, scrolling the wrong way or skipping.

Their Basilisk V3 Pro 35K's scroll wheel randomly stops scrolling down. Razer replaced it twice for the same fault, and they're selling the latest replacement unopened.

“I've gotten 2 replacement from Razer over the same issue, the scroll wheel will randomly stop scrolling down.”

Just got the Basilisk V3 Pro 35K. Their MX Master 3S wins easily on build, comfort, scroll wheel and buttons, but its polling rate is unusable for games. The Basilisk is good for casual gaming plus productivity.

“I just got basilisk v3 pro 35k. And I have a master 3s as well.”

Replaced their G502 X, which had sensor spikes causing lag and missed inputs, with the Basilisk V3 Pro 35K, which shows none of those spikes. With small hands they still struggle to reach the thumb buttons and have ordered a Pulsar X2F.

“The problem with the G502x was definitely a sensor problem as the razer does not have any of the spikes shown in the 2nd pic”

A Basilisk V3 Pro 35K owner is very happy with it and won't upgrade to the V4 Pro.

“Fucking happy with my v3 35k pro, not this bullshit”
